My name is Rita Dixy Gamez Z., born and raised in Chiclayo—a land I love and still call home. My passion for hospitality started in my adolescence at my parents’ hotel, ‘Hotel Rey de Oro’. There, I learned the true meaning of quality, respect, and warmth in service.
I work with a wonderful team in administration and cleaning because I deeply believe in human effort, respect, and growing together.
